Composed of 7 levels and a basement, the Residence has several apartments including 6 type S0 (American studios) 36 type S1 (one bedroom, one living room with everything you need), 16 type S2 (two bedrooms and one living room) with everything you need). Apart from these apartments, the building has a swimming pool, a modern gym and a VIP lounge.
